Data generated under paid usage is treated as confidential user content, and will not be accessed or utilized by Motiff AI's team or any third party, except as required by law or for resolving specific user support requests.

We take reasonable steps to anonymize or aggregate all other AI-related data wherever possible.

We may share your information with:

Authorized Motiff AI employees and representatives
Third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics, customer support)
Business partners assisting in marketing or distribution, subject to confidentiality agreements

All subprocessors handling Personal Data are contractually obligated to maintain data security and confidentiality.
